About Troy
Stronger body.
Stronger mind.
Fitness became more than just working out for me. It became a way of changing my life.
Better one
day at a time.
Over the years, I learned that getting stronger physically can help you become stronger mentally and emotionally as well. I fell in love with the discipline, consistency, and confidence that come with taking care of yourself and pushing beyond your comfort zone.
That passion led me to become an ISSA certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and transformation specialist. Three years later, my goal is simple: help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.
I see discipline as a form of respect. You were given one body, and taking care of it on purpose is stewardship, not punishment. That's how I coach: no shame, no tearing you down, just steady, honest work that honors the person in front of me.
My job isn't just to count your reps. My job is to help you believe you can become the person you're working toward and then help you build the discipline to get there.Troy Beckman
Non-negotiables
What I
refuse to do.
- Use shame or embarrassment as motivation.
- Promise unrealistic results or overnight transformations.
- Give everyone the same cookie-cutter workout.
- Prioritize appearance over health, strength, and sustainable progress.
- Make you feel like a failure when you have a setback.
- Let perfection become the enemy of progress.
